The Adelaide Benevolent Society owns more than 120 houses and units throughout the Adelaide metropolitan area that we rent to persons on lower incomes at rents below market rates.

Our properties are located at Sturt, Darlington, Somerton Park, Eden Hills, Greenacres, Blair Athol, Northfield, Clearview, Hampstead Gardens and Noarlunga Downs. Properties are a mix of one bedroom units and houses.

As well as building homes, we act as a tenancy and property manager. Our services to tenants are delivered by a number of agencies that we partner with.

New developments
The Adelaide Benevolent Society has begun the construction and development of a further 30 houses and units. We are half way through construction of these properties with completion set for the middle of 2011.
