The Adelaide Benevolent Society works in partnership with all levels of government, other community organisations and commercial organisations.

We work with organisations that can bring expertise and knowledge to the Society. For our part, we have particular expertise in the area of residential development.

In our housing developments, we aim to use universal design principles where appropriate, and the developments will embrace sustainable development principles and urban design excellence.

We aid people on low incomes work towards economic security so they can build a sound and secure foundation for themselves and their families.

The ABS does not provide welfare or ongoing handouts to people long term. Rather we see our support for people as transitional, assisting people who are moving to goals of financial security, a rewarding life for themselves and their family, and by making a contribution to their own community.
